Led by wo experienced facilitators, this interactive session will guide participants through the first two elements of the toolkit: auditing their current services and developing a tailored action plan. Evaluation: Measuring the impact of the principles in practice

A comprehensive evaluation service to help organisations assess the impact of changes they’ve made in delivering dignified food support. Led by experienced researchers, this service supports teams in reflecting on the modifications they've implemented, using tools such as questionnaires and interviews to gather valuable feedback from participants. The evaluation process includes in-depth analysis of successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. At the end of the process, the Alliance team will provide a detailed report that summarises the findings, highlighting key achievements, and offering tailored recommendations for further development and growth. Our evaluation service supports organisations to continuously enhance their food support services with dignity at the forefront.

Suitable for: organisations and groups of volunteers who have implemented a number of the core principles and recommendations for dignified food support and would like to capture the impact on staff, volunteers and service users as part of their Continuous Quality Improvement process.
